Ablo Customer Insights
1. I hope creators will make it possible to message someone even after leaving the chat quickly!I think Ablo is a good app for those who cannot speak the other languages to be able to make friends with foreigners.
2. When I cancelled a trip, it would pair me with someone even after I cancelled the search! It had me start a convo and leave without knowing, only for the reconnect issue to happen again.The app is great, I have one issue; whenever my app glitches while it's finding someone new to talk to, it'll never pull up that new convo so I'm forced to click out before either of us speak.
3. It would be good to be able to put into consideration people's ability to speak other languages.
4. For the most part I have been able to tell what the other person is saying or talking about which is good.Not a bad app.
5. I find the auto translator to be pretty good.Very nice app and very well implemented, everything had been smooth so far, sometimes messages change order for conversation and that can change the whole sense of what you're writing.
6. This is not your fault, but it's weird that lots of people seem to treat it like a dating app, being a man, most men leave conversations immediately, not sure if adding filters would be the solution, because it would loose the whole purpose of meeting random people.
7. Hopefully the slowness and glitch will be fixed.It's very interesting, and a great concept for a social app but the interface is a little difficult to manage and sends you off to different places too abruptly but for the most part it is fun.
8. Once a conversation ends, it asks you to reconnect with them in order to leave a message, but reconnecting is impossible, meaning you'll never be able to communicate with someone again.
9. I suggest that we be able to text while seeing the other person because it would make it easier to interact with one another and understand.
10. You can cancel the trip, exit the country, look for the other county to go through, and many more interesting options.
11. Since I click out, the conversation is then saved as "travel history," but you can't send that person a message.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Ablo Issues
1. Fix Ablo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Ablo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Ablo App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ablo" » Open Ablo - Nice to meet you! » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ablo » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Ablo - Nice to meet you! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ablo servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ablo - Nice to meet you!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Ablo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ablo might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Ablo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ablo then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ablo not working
2. Fix Ablo Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ablo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ablo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ablo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hi, I'm a genderqueer non binary identifying individual. I want to use this app to connect w people all over the world but when I'm setting up my account it asks me to select whether I'm a "man" or "woman" and as I stated in the first sentence I don't fall in either of those categories. This app is a good opportunity for me to network as I want to travel someday, however I refuse to conform to the outdated societal gender binary. If there was a "rather not say" or "other" option, that would be fantastic. Thank you
