Once I get logged in, the app automatically brings up "Complete Your Profile" which refers to the BVN box and once that is completed and Ingo back to the homepage the same notification comes up again "COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE." Please look into this as it makes it hard to use the app.I am impressed by the new upgrades on the app.

7. Twice now, my investment gets paid to my wallet and I have to request withdrawal several times and sometimes I have to send mails and call to get my money.

8. This was very disappointing because my experience on another savings platform has been seamless.

9. My profile page is showing 'null null' for my name field, and an internet connection error.

10. Don't see me saving on Crowdyvest again.I've not been able to login for two days since I downloaded the app.

1. Fix Crowdyvest Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Crowdyvest: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Crowdyvest App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Crowdyvest" » Open Crowdyvest - Smarter way to ge » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Crowdyvest » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Crowdyvest - Smarter way to ge app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Crowdyvest servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Crowdyvest - Smarter way to ge" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Crowdyvest app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Crowdyvest might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Crowdyvest. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Crowdyvest then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Crowdyvest not working

2. Fix Crowdyvest Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Crowdyvest be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Crowdyvest not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Crowdyvest may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
