Why should I report an Issue with Aura - Video Chat & Meetup?

I'm very surprised because I have distinguished friends in different parts of the world it's very nice to use because the speed of its function there is no delay and maybe here I can see what I'm looking for if the one,in this application thank you very much for make it.❤️❤️❤️❤️What is taking you guys to reply????? 😠😠😠😠 That's why I don't like such apps that don't reply on time.

2. Instead of putting it out as a free application, you could have made it a premium app because the ads you show and the fake users have put up on this application are a total turn off for me.

3. And for god's sake make it cheap, if someone buys a VIP pack give diamonds with it.I have sent a mail to you people requesting to cancel my membership with an attached receipt of payment that I made yesterday and also I have my id with which I am active on the app .

4. Without going to profile that the user has gems or not,.. Then they send messages and when replying, then their reply is total different.

1. Fix Aura Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Aura: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Aura App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Aura" » Open Aura - Video Chat & Meetup » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Aura » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Aura - Video Chat & Meetup app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Aura servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Aura - Video Chat & Meetup" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Aura app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Aura might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Aura. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Aura then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Aura not working

2. Fix Aura Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Aura be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Aura not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Aura may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
