Why should I report an Issue with Hoop - Omegle Live Video Chat?

1. Just the height of stupidity... And the "Write a review" link in the settings section doesn't even work... 🤔 hmmm, i wonder why...Though it was working fine but in two days of using this app my account was blocked and giving reason i have violated their terms and condition, Seriously..i just made few video calls in a very manner way.

2. In addition, I am only seeing the same 6 profiles on my explore (Also taking away an experience as a first timer using this app).completely fake...cant recover id on new device...no support is there....FAKE...Such a waist app boring and buffing so don't install the app.

3. At least give valid reason to block the account.Horrible app! Never able to connect with anyone, can't even pay to call people ( no answers)!Not much a great first impression and experience when simple features such as sending messages and exploring more humans are limited unless you Pay.

4. FAKE FAKE FAKE USERS! SCAM!! This app started off having 90/10 for the favour of male users and when they figured out this, they gave men option to purchase to get in dialogue with female only.

5. Later, when that didn't work either, they created fake female profiles to spend the diamonds every time a "female" was connected with and spending all the money.

6. BIGGEST SCAM APP!!!I love this new app, it makes tinder look boring! I love that it is not just localised so you can make friends or relationships all over the world.

7. There is no need for immediate purchase of gems as the app provide initial to start with.App won't let me login anymore.

8. This app is simply a waste of time and energy better spent using someone else's app.

9. This is a great place to meet new people, including your life partner.

10. Only lets me choose google or facebook when i opened my account with a YAHOO email.

1. Fix Hoop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hoop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hoop App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hoop" » Open Hoop - Omegle Live Video Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hoop » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hoop - Omegle Live Video Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hoop servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hoop - Omegle Live Video Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hoop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hoop might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hoop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hoop then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hoop not working

2. Fix Hoop Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hoop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hoop not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hoop may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
