Why should I report an Issue with RealU: Hang out, Make Friends?

The payment system works fine to take your money for no return.I like the app, I got one small issues, when I buy the coins, why don't it stay long, I feel like they be they be making me buy more coin, when I just bought one, I would love to keep using the app , but can you guys please fixed that, especially when am talking to someone that I call for at least five minutes, it's very annoying to see , am giving you guys 4and half rating, for now until I see some changes, like , making someone that call me , or I call them , our conversation last longer ,This app is amazing.... I like.... It.

3. But past 4 days I am not able to load diamonds to get on a call with my friends.

5. I am not able pay it to load the diamonds using payment method like paytm.

6. I'm pissed from the amount of NSFW ads I've been getting.

7. It is very clear that most people who use phones and other devices are mostly under 18.

8. Or make ads that EXPLAIN what to do in the all except for showing a girl dancing.

1. Fix RealU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RealU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RealU App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RealU" » Open RealU: Hang out, Make Friends » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RealU » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RealU: Hang out, Make Friends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RealU servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RealU: Hang out, Make Friends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RealU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RealU might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RealU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RealU then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RealU not working

2. Fix RealU Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RealU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RealU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RealU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
