1. The company is ignoring it because they already got their $$$ will never use Faire again.Updated the app last week and ever since I cannot access my orders! It shows them but I cannot click on them to view tracking, invoices, etcTerrible.

2. I've waited for an app update to fix this and nothing!This is a first for me, and 💜 Faire! So many wonderful products! Many handmade, unique, up-cycled, earth friendly.. The brandings are beautiful.

3. I've been on both back to back and for some reason I keep seeing the same items/companies over and over again on the app.The only problem I'm having is after scrolling through things it starts to freeze up until you shut it down and open it back up.

1. Fix Faire Wholesale Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Faire Wholesale: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Faire Wholesale App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Faire Wholesale" » Open Faire Wholesale » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Faire Wholesale » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Faire Wholesale app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Faire Wholesale servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Faire Wholesale" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Faire Wholesale app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Faire Wholesale might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Faire Wholesale. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Faire Wholesale then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Faire Wholesale not working
