Why should I report an Issue with Math: Long Division?

1. Ads are necessary, but for a product like this, just use banner ads, or at least wait until I finish my train of thought.Gives FULL SCREEN ads IN THE MIDDLE OF A PROBLEM, sometimes within 4 or 5 seconds of STARTing a long division problem, also has Quotient in wrong place value.

So, a beginner can solve the problem with no errors, but because of time gets a 38%, which my student found very discouraging, even though I told her to ignore rhe App...it was wrong and she did just fine, with no errors!It helped me so much! My teacher tried learning it to me but I still didn't understand.

3. If you could freely scroll whenever you wanted to, that would be nice, as in to READ THE NUMBERS YOU ARE DEALING WITH.I love it!!! But there's one problem it says your percentage but it takes points off if it gives you help.

4. would've been better if the ads stays under/at the bottom of the screen.I like the step by step it makes you do, but it will stop you mid problem to give you an ad which in my mind, makes the app near unusable.

5. I wish the voice could be controlled with speed and voice tone too, but that is not that important part of it.So, this app is really amazing!! Especially for ex 5th graders who went to a bad school that never taught long division.

6. I don't understand the grading system, i.e. why he gets 39% for solving one problem but 57% for another, but that's not what I'm after.

7. However, when the problem becomes really big and takes up lots of space, it doesn't let me scroll down do you can barely make out the numbers.

8. This app helped me step by step to remember by doing the work and understand the whys.

1. Fix Math Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Math: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Math App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Math" » Open Math: Long Division » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Math » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Math: Long Division app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Math servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Math: Long Division" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Math app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Math might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Math. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Math then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Math not working

2. Fix Math Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Math be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Math not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Math may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
