1. It's sooo much harder to find things that are in the Entertainment book... It's like they don't want you to actually visit any of these places.Dont upgrade the app! Was working fine before upgrading today, now my favourites are gone and nothing will load.

2. 100% not worth the money you paid to upgrade your app, to the point I will not be renewing my subscription after buying the book then app for 10 years now.This app should have only 2 features: 1) A search that actually works 2) a notification system if I'm close to anything in the app.

   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Entertainment - Discover More" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Entertainment app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Entertainment might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Entertainment. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Entertainment then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Entertainment not working

2. Fix Entertainment Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Entertainment be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Entertainment not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Entertainment may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
