1. To create rooms (and control several devices at once) you had to go into settings to create "Rooms" vs having it as part of the add device home screen.Excellent. On that note be sure to have a strong Wi-Fi signal.

2. Update: after getting one of the "smart" outlets to connect, moved it to a spot in the house, where I have other smart devices, would not reconnect to the router.

But after awhile I have to login over and over, and all of my devices are completely reset and don't work, leading me to completely reset all devices and reconfigure them to work with my account now... okay that was bad enough, but now I'm just logged out randomly and it's not due to my phone, sometimes my devices are there and other times it works flawlessly, I'm completely unsure as to what is causing this.

4. Have gone step by step multiple times, separated the router signal so that it's picking up only the correct one and it still does not connect.

5. The button (icon) that turns the light on is at the edge of the screen and when you try too cut a light on it causes the page scroll function to take you too another page.I have 7 devices.

6. Tried to setup a schedule, as I planned to use this to control a grow light to start my gardening for the year.

7. However once again a strong Wi-Fi signal is needed for initial setup but you can do that in a remote location anywhere and then just bring it to where you need it.

8. Limited to 5 programed times per device, and I have 3 plugs will not work in one area where I have consistent, but slightly weaker WiFi.

9. Now I went to turn on an errant one with the app and I find I have no devices in the software! Everything is blank.

10. Only setup when the outlet was basically on top of the WiFi router.

11. Easier to just turn stuff on and off by hand.I REALLY wanted to give this product 5 stars, but there is one feature I badly need: holiday colors for specific dates and ranges of dates.

1. Fix enbrighten Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart enbrighten: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the enbrighten App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "enbrighten" » Open enbrighten » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for enbrighten » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear enbrighten app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from enbrighten servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "enbrighten" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check enbrighten app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, enbrighten might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall enbrighten. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall enbrighten then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing enbrighten not working

2. Fix enbrighten Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make enbrighten be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to enbrighten not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, enbrighten may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
