Also the design needs a revamp it looks old and doesn't meet with other Alex Bank apps.The worest app ever, it's not working always freeze and I have to talk to their customer service aton of time and each time they change my pin and I keep change my password, uninstall then install and so on ... it never get better, I lost hope after losing money on calls so I give up.Totally helpful, but please allow to share the transaction log 🙏Awful design, horrible i mean some buttons are not even showing!! but call center is very active and responsive 24/7 tbh helped me when the app blocked me tried to change my password.

If there were 0 star I would be happy to give youWorst app you can use ... activated the app and it asked me to change the password after 24 hours and I can't find anything lead me to do it ... Also I can't log in if I uninstalled the app ... Must activate again ... Totally trach and wast of time .The app is okay in terms of functionality and features, but it lacks some like paying online with the registered number.

1. Restart Ma7fazty: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ma7fazty App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ma7fazty" » Open Ma7fazty » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ma7fazty » click "UPDATE".
