Great by the way I will continue to keep it though.Well looks like I'm just going to have to delete this for a second time why have a miner on a app that only works for a short time then you have to fight in order to get the app maker to fix it well good by since this app don't work so how can I trust you with my money and steal can't all ways will have probs with this appApp freezes a lot in the survey page and when my mining ends, the main page doesn't display the start mining tab.

3. Nice app!I love the free tournaments, I wish there were more! I don't feel there are that many ads, one for entering the tournament and 1 for starting the miner, so actually in that respect I feel the ads are great compared to other apps.

4. It'll make me watch an ad to start earning but then tell me "We could not start earning BTC" It's very frustrating especially since it used to work fine, but now only works maby 2-3 days a month, which makes it impossible to get a streak goingThey have added ads to start earning.

1. Fix Ember Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ember: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ember App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ember" » Open Ember - Earn Crypto » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ember » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ember - Earn Crypto app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ember servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ember - Earn Crypto" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ember app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ember might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ember. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ember then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ember not working

2. Fix Ember Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ember be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ember not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ember may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
