1. Lol Update: 4/6/2023 Much better!! Now I'm really liking the whole UI and user experience!! Great job guys!I had to edit my review and give it 0 Star, first of all Opening graphics take almost a minute like wth who wants to wait a minute for opening their wallet second it didn't load most of time and full bug I can't stay with it I transferred my egld to trust wallet previous maiar app was 100 times better than this bsI've been trying really hard to create a wallet on the app for many months to no avail.

2. I'm very excited to see this develop, I think ETH will be going to the way side, it's just a matter of which projects will take its place.Need to add more tokens: JEX,ONE,SUPER are missing ,are not even available on tracking section and all time i need to go on DEX to check the price of them and is very annoying because is not showingthe balance in my wallet, very limited selection of tokens ,if you want to be a complete wallet and gain more users then add more chains and enable more tokens to show up in My Tokens section to be able to see my balance!The app is amazing and intuitive.

3. Laggy button response, Long wait on the start screen, can't make transactions, I leave the App momentarily & come back to the same long start screen, several attempts needed to sign into anything, even the internally linked dApps in the hub won't allow for a completed transaction.

4. Before you reply I've given feedback via the form and I fear giving any criticism in the telegram because some overzealous admin might ban me... again... smh 🤦 ♂️Sure I will, what I mean just for clarification was, to support multiple wallets existing on the same device at once.

5. Until this is fixed I cannot even access my funds via the phone using the app.Don't know what the problem is...but this week seems impossible for me to claim the busted rewards.

6. Tried it again and again... Edit: Even when I connected the phone app with the computer browser, it was VERY GLITCHY... hmmm... not good.

7. you will not do nothing about it anyway)It seems they are making improvements left and right, they have added eth and btc bridging to allow more versatility, hopefully they will add the bridging in app, as now it seems to be a web function and will be difficult for most to find.

8. Whereas the connectivity via app-computer is great, using the app to navigate Dapps is a nightmare! It just doesn't connect.

9. For example, I currently have 3 maiar / xportal walletsTerrible So far... The app's UI looked so intuitive until I tried to connect it to it's own exchange.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix xPortal Issues

1. Fix xPortal Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart xPortal: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the xPortal App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "xPortal" » Open xPortal » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for xPortal » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear xPortal app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from xPortal servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "xPortal" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check xPortal app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, xPortal might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall xPortal. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall xPortal then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing xPortal not working


2. Fix xPortal Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make xPortal be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to xPortal not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, xPortal may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have been an avid follower of $EGLD and community supporter
    for many years. Today, in the xPortal Telegram, I was ejected and banned, with no discussion, for advising a community member, that was asking, about funding his account.
    I only replied"
    "in my experience, using bank transfers, was fast and cheaper than using cards"
    And bang, I was banned!
    Surely there has been a mistake. I don't feel I have done anything wrong. Can someone please advise me, if I have broken a rule.
