WeAre8 Customer Insights

1. Not worth keeping if that's all it is going to do.Since updates there are problems finishing the videos , each time I watch video it returns to the start with the same amount of videos .

2. If fixed would give 5* as its always worked wellI have been loving this app since December but lately, for almost a week, there's been no ads and for the last 3 or 4 days it hasn't paid out what I earned last month.

3. Currently says 5 videos seems to be stuck for the last week unable to finish the process .

4. It saying there are vids to watch but they play 1 second then goes offCan't login! Since your outage I can't login.

5. Do not download!Logged me out for an update and now won't let me log in and try to reset password but email can't be 'found'.

6. It has logged me out after saving the earnings up for months, and says my password is incorrect.

7. Does not say completed videos Love the app big supporter Please can this be fixed Thanks DemApp not opening.

8. When I try to reset the password it says my email is not recognised.

9. Has a few bugs can't watch any vids at moment and can't report it on the app missed out on a few vids.

10. Tried to submit a report via the ap but I just keeps saying to provide a name/user name but there's no option for that.

11. Spent a lot of time on here.App was working really well to start with now I can't watch the 7 ads available to me.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix WeAre8 Issues

1. Fix WeAre8 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart WeAre8: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the WeAre8 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WeAre8" » Open WeAre8 - The People's Platform » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WeAre8 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear WeAre8 - The People's Platform app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WeAre8 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WeAre8 - The People's Platform" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WeAre8 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WeAre8 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WeAre8. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WeAre8 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WeAre8 not working


2. Fix WeAre8 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WeAre8 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WeAre8 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WeAre8 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
