1. I tried reinstalling the app but after some time it starts forgetting the user data.Does this app provide blood test results as pdf that can be downloaded for printing as well as x-rays made? Does the blood test results come automatically or I have to request for a hard copy? If not, would you arrange to have them in the future along with x-rays made as an option to view/ download and print?I have been using Sehati app for long time for checking my and my wife and son's appointments.

Also give option in app for suggestions and complaints .The app is good, but if only it could showed the other appointments we have like the psychiatric hospital appointment, and if we could put in a request for medicine delivery it would be great.Very good but lacks an important thing which showing the medical tests of the patient Addition: yes we can see the readiness but not the results.

3. I tried several times to add account, but after writing personal number, block number, ID expiry date, the "Sign In" button does not work.

4. Very useful and convenient, especially for appointments.The app is getting better than before , the only concern that everytime after any updates it required to login from beginning and to add all of my data again.

5. For example, I can't see my next appointment at King Hamad University Hospital even after logging in using my ekey.

1. Fix Sehati Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sehati: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sehati App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sehati" » Open Sehati » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sehati » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sehati app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sehati servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sehati" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sehati app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sehati might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sehati. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sehati then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sehati not working

2. Fix Sehati Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sehati be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sehati not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sehati may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
