Edible Customer Insights

1. Uninstalled.I would give 0 stars if I could anytime I try to add birthday imntold email not reconginized but I can sign in with.my email been ongoing for months even tried with another email and new account same bs or we can't perform that task right now gave up uninstalling would nit recommendALWAYS delicious and beautiful.

2. I order from them several times a year and never have I been disappointed.Just downloaded app, if you press anything it just says unable to process, and there is no helpThis was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had .

3. I entered all my information to link my online information to the app and it repeatedly says email address not found when it's the same email address I logged into the app with.

4. None of the products were actually in stock , the tried to substitute almost my whole order with chocolate chip cookies, and when I cancelled my order they tried to charge me again but I had my card locked.

5. Would like to use if you can address the issues.Can't log into account on this app - "Unable to process your request at this time", call customer service.

6. Then I was charged twice with no order confirmation... I logged out and logged back in thinking it may have been a glitch or something.

7. Low and behold, nope!!! Now order history, no email confirmation.

8. Apparently they are comfortable delivering gifts a day late without informing the buyer.Everytime I try to use this app I get the same "Unable to process error message... Just worthless.

9. I tried to place an order twice.

10. No help for app.I have an existing online account and recently downloaded the app.

11. Just nothing at all.. I logged into my bank app and was charged twice!!!!! You guys definitely need to fix that asap...The app is pretty clunky.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Edible Issues

1. Fix Edible Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Edible: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Edible App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Edible" » Open Edible » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Edible » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Edible app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Edible servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Edible" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Edible app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Edible might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Edible. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Edible then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Edible not working


2. Fix Edible Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Edible be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Edible not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Edible may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
