My eService Customer Insights

1. Take it off Google play store and do your cyber business openly. This one is one of the worst apps i have ever encountered, always showing an error whenever you prompt it for a particular service and the annoying part is despite very many complain registered no body bothers to give answers to what is happening in this would be criitical app to kenyans. It always gives an error when trying to log in.

2. Thumbs Up!Remove the ads,and make it easier for a user to change his or her phone number and email.some sections, for instance the NTSA(Old) and TRA and may other options do not function, why dont you eliminate or reset them to avoid redundancy for the same so as to improve on service delivery.

3. It keeps on displaying “ an error occurred ” or even “ service unavailable ” this is really disgusting.App opens on my Samsung phone and brings all the service menu but it doesn't open beyond that for me to apply for any document.

4. Not unless it has been done purposely (disabling access by phone) to create business with insiders in the offices that offer this services, I don't see why the app shouldn't work.

5. It's quite encouraging that you've at last decided to introduce drastic measures to safeguard users against digital malpractices we experience on a daily basis while surfing the internet by adding an extra layer of security.

6. At least you get the services you want at the end of the day.A good app as it has eased access to most government services that used to cause headaches to us.

7. It's now up to you to keep this software updated on a regular basis to patch security vulnerabilities that people with malicious intentions may try to exploit.

8. I wanted to change my passport to the East Africa but I can't put my details due the my ID can't be accepted yet I'm Kenyan citizen and its Kenyan property.

9. On the flip side, being a tool in the public service comes with expected shortcomings.

10. Sometimes the system or the paybill is down and as the only path to be served, we have to wait for days if not weeks for resumption. You should have an option for people with old ID and leaving abroad.

11. Another thing.....why should a Government app have advertising? Even though everything else doesn't work, the ads do.
