Why should I report an Issue with Twi-JuniorPro?

1. Categories under "As a child" called Animal, Body, Days , Soul Names and Food have been enabled, this will help children pronounce the different items under each section.

2. A new menu item called (Conversations) has now been added, this menu item opens up a new page with Ten (10) different tabs namely: General, Greetings, Questions,Phrases,Commands,Channel Comments,Tourists,Transport,Hotel and Shopping.

3. A new menu item called (Game) has been added, this menu item opens up a game description page which in-turn opens up the game page where you can pick any one of the 20 categories /sections you want to test yourself in.

4. The main page has now been split for both Adults and Children, the first section is called "Continue as usual" this navigates you to the Adult section, which is the content as it was before.

5. A new Full Audio section has now been added on both "Home" and "Conversation" sections of the App with 20 (Twenty) playback feature that plays the entire audio of a specific section.

6. The child friendly section has fourteen section's (14) of which five of the (14) is now enabled, new sections will be made available as time goes.

7. The second section is called "As a child" this navigates you to the new child friendly section, which is designed for children.

8. A special feature has also been added to the play back functionality where you can still listen to the audio while either browsing within the app or leaving the app completely and doing something else on your device.

9. This means that it saves you the time to go into each section and clicking on the play button to listen to the audio.

10. Note: The application has ten (10) Tabs on the landing page: Animal, Body, Days, SoulNames,Food, Months, Numbers, Object, Colours and Time of day.

11. A second Level for the game section has also been created.. which makes it more fun and interactive.

1. Pls kindly work on it.This app has helped me so many times both in face-to-face conversations & SMS msgs! & my Ghanaian friends tell me that this is a really great Twi language app! Thank you for this app!This is an awesome App to learn Twi.

2. My one suggestion would be to add separate Twi and English buttons (that is 3 play buttons: Combined-Twi-English).

3. It gives the audio information that is so scarce on the internet AT A CHEAP RATE.

4. Except that there's no option for playing the audio of the likes of transportation, shopping etc.

5. This would allow us to progress through the phrases quicker.

1. Fix Twi-JuniorPro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Twi-JuniorPro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Twi-JuniorPro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Twi-JuniorPro" » Open Twi-JuniorPro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Twi-JuniorPro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Twi-JuniorPro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Twi-JuniorPro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Twi-JuniorPro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Twi-JuniorPro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Twi-JuniorPro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Twi-JuniorPro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Twi-JuniorPro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Twi-JuniorPro not working

2. Fix Twi-JuniorPro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Twi-JuniorPro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Twi-JuniorPro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Twi-JuniorPro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
