Well worth the buy of you use the tools it has.this is really everything you need (and more) for network t-shooting -- 2 stars because (even after the last update - which claimed to fix the notification bug) i am still getting notifications, when the option is turned off... this app has lost the permission to make notifications.

2. Appreciate developer's dedication, well done! Initial review: Was working well till I updated to the last version; now when I open it I get a black screen with "General Information" title, the three dots to its right and 3 sandwich lines to its left and nothing else.

5. On my 3XL, it seems to grab a snapshot of the current signal strength when I swipe over to the meter and doesn't seem to refresh, even with a 500ms polling time setting.

1. Fix NetMan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NetMan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NetMan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NetMan" » Open NetMan: Network Tools & Utils » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NetMan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NetMan: Network Tools & Utils app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NetMan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NetMan: Network Tools & Utils" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NetMan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NetMan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NetMan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NetMan then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NetMan not working

2. Fix NetMan Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NetMan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NetMan not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NetMan may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
