1. Next issue, cannot Link my Tidal account to Music app, error ““Your OAuth2 client configuration is not correct.

2. But most disappointing of all is not able to connect to my existing tidal account using the App...it continuously gave an error message.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Dynaudio Music Issues

1. Fix Dynaudio Music Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Dynaudio Music: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Dynaudio Music App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dynaudio Music" » Open Dynaudio Music » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dynaudio Music » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Dynaudio Music app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dynaudio Music servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dynaudio Music" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Dynaudio Music app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dynaudio Music might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Dynaudio Music. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dynaudio Music then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dynaudio Music not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dynaudio Music be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
