1. Can't even link my bank when I did to cash out they said 5 days and I'd have my money then they unlinked my bank after it tried to withdraw!! Scam scam scam! God for bid if I put money into it like I was planning! You can't trust no one now a days ..I was enjoying using and referring people to this app until I had issues linking a bank to cash out! They don't even accept all of the banks they list and then it forces you out! I will not recommend this to anyone else!🤦🏽 ♀️🤦🏽 ♀️They are nothing but SCAMMERS.

2. They've repeatedly tried to steal my money from my bank account by using different avenues after I've repeatedly told them to stop because I'm not using them and I've never selected an option for them to.

3. After being with them for a while not gaining nothing and them charching me money I decided to close the account and after a year they still charging me and i have no confirmation the account is closed.It does not DO aything.

4. They are sneaky! I'll be getting a lawyer and I'm sueing them! I've contacted BBB and my bank account has reported them as fraudI do not recomend this app or company.

5. Just ready to uninstall delete app for good.AFTER GIVING MY HARD EARNED $$$ TO DVDENDO FOR A YEAR; ALL THEY DID WAS TO LOSE MY MONEY.

6. And some of the features just dont work at all.They make it look good but they scam me for 70$ I'm just thankful that it wasn't more Don't get this app dvdendodoes not load, shows an error every time.

7. They basically offer a service you don't receive and then they steal your money.

8. Suddenly got an email telling me that their service is shutting down and that I should take my money out.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Dvdendo Issues

1. Fix Dvdendo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Dvdendo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Dvdendo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dvdendo" » Open Dvdendo » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dvdendo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Dvdendo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dvdendo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dvdendo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Dvdendo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dvdendo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Dvdendo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dvdendo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dvdendo not working


2. Fix Dvdendo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dvdendo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dvdendo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dvdendo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
