Not expected from such a Sizeable organization.The new app transformation from dsg to gilded is amazing I got a gift in gold which is a great reward The new feature allows you to utilize the funds from your sale to make a fresh buy which is an amazing feature and of course you have an option for bank transfer as well A great app with a new attractive page display and features making buying and selling of gold a very very easy task And above all the price is most competitive compared to any other app selling gold I am very very happySold some gold 1 week ago.
2. Never coming back to this app againIt's been over 3 months since my account got deactivated, they assured that they will assist with transfer of the funds, Even after multiple emails, n number of calls to the support regarding account status and getting funds back, no response from the gilded team yet, Penurious management, zero customer value.
3. There are so many other apps to buy digital gold which do not charge any fund transfer charges.It's been 3 months they have locked account and didn't transfer amount to the bank.
4. When I transferred the funds to my bank account, it's been 10days exactly now & I still haven't got it in my bank account.
5. The amount got credited in the app but I could not transfer it to my bank account due to some technical issue.
6. They are charging 2% for fund transfer to bank account.
7. The support team was very helpful and transferred the amount to my account manually.Unable to open.
8. once I press the update button, no further action takes place and returns to earlier state.Read the terms and conditions before actually using the app and I was not satisfied by the terms and conditions mentioned .
9. Every time they say technical error and we dont even get notification regarding the failure of fund transfer.
10. I tried transferring my funds thrice but every time it has not been processed.
11. Even now I have not got funds in my bank.
