Wallet Customer Insights

1. I would love to find some tutorials, specially on how to deal with credit cards records and automatic credit card bills payed by regular bank accounts.

2. Overall a really nice app.I upgraded to premium because I wanted to automate more things with bank sync and I have a lot of small transactions every month.

3. Would definitely recommend it!! You also don't have to connect your bank and can put things in manually, which is fabulous!!A great app for keeping track of your finances.

4. I will have to live without this feature :(I hate adding my bank to have to use most of these apps but this is the only one I've found so far that does everything I want without forcing me to pay to manage little bits of money.

5. Customer service is terrible, they let over a month go by without updates and are ignoring me and refusing to refund my money for premium features that don't work at all.

6. Can't sinc to my bank without paid subscription, but was looking for a manual input anyway because I found the automation in another free one annoying.

7. Still cannot properly access some bank accounts correct positions and record.

8. I then have to delete the bank accounts from the app and reconnect.

9. I have had to contact support numerous times because accounts would not connect or account disconnect.

10. I reached out to the team and asked what the fix is if the app will not connect to the bank after the initial connect.

11. Was told me I would have to disconnect all my previous stuff and delete the bank info.
