1. Had issues deleting the account took 3 times ... This app just did not work for me..and wont use it or another bill paying service again .... Stressed to the max!I can't connect my bank account, so if a bill gets paid via this app it charges me an additional $18.

2. Love the fact that the money comes out of your account instantly so there is no worry about overdrafts.I had serious issues...first they rejected my payment .. Making my 1st payment late costing me a late fee... then they paid it again after the payment had already been paid through the original company.

4. I didn't care for the layout..there seems to be too much space allocated to paying for doxo+...overall not what I'm looking for...and because of fees no sense trying to get used to it...uninstallI got trick into creating an account to pay my medical bills.

1. Fix doxo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart doxo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the doxo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "doxo" » Open doxo - Bill Pay & Reminders » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for doxo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear doxo - Bill Pay & Reminders app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from doxo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "doxo - Bill Pay & Reminders" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check doxo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, doxo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall doxo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall doxo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing doxo not working

2. Fix doxo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make doxo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to doxo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, doxo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
