5. What we get in free Adobe Reader Services ??? Quality of image low but they will increase definatly after our feedback.

6. The only problem I considered is when you convert pdf file with some highlighted parts,after converting it doesn't show highlighted parts on the JPG.

1. Fix PDF to Image Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PDF to Image: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PDF to Image App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PDF to Image" » Open PDF to Image - PDF to JPG » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PDF to Image » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PDF to Image - PDF to JPG app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PDF to Image servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PDF to Image - PDF to JPG" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PDF to Image app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PDF to Image might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PDF to Image. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PDF to Image then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PDF to Image not working
