DJcity Customer Insights

1. My only complaint would be performance and interface for playing songs could be improved to enable faster navigation. The update idea is amazing, but much like everyone else, the app keeps crashing after I press play on a song.

2. EDIT: I brought my review from 3 stars to 1 because as soon as i started using the app after i made my initial review i couldnt play any music because as soon as i press play on any track the app crashes.

3. Only 5hing to improve is to be able to play the complete track while driving in my car, but the previews usually hit the best spots of the song.

4. I see ALOT of people complain about this same problem so please fix it so we can all use the app!I love the content of the app but the playbar of the current song that is playing is not good.

5. Crate saving and search works effectively.Kinda hard to scroll through a track, when I want to skim through a song quickly to hear how it is.

6. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and the issue is present.Everything about the app is great exept for all of the preview music sounds absolutely terrible.

7. Djcity is amazing and so glad I switched from other dj pool services! Great workHuge improvments over the app a couple years back.

8. This happens in both my laptop and phone app.I have a subscription with dj city and I haven't been able to download music.

9. This app is spot on, love the remote download and being able to listen to the freshest and newest songs before anyone else.

10. Hit mark is too small, and often the song clicked won't show it's playing in the queue.

11. It’s very small and you need to be very precise when you want to drag it to progress in the song.
