1. And it won't let me use my biometrics to sign in.Pretty great app, with a simple design that is easy to understand, however it is annoying that i have to type in my password everytime, because the fingerprint feature decides not to work sometimes.
2. Like still good as far as a banking app goes, but dissapointing.We need an option to lock/freeze our credit cards and debit cards.
3. The updates seem to always mess up the app for a day or more.I have tried to use mobile banking apps for 2 other banks in Topeka, 1, a major bank.
4. Months & years of trying, asking for help to re-set them, numerous times, has left me routinely so frustrated, that I now must bank in person.
5. Then the app crashes.Overall an effective and simple app to get everything you need... Except for the "transfer" option that says "add recipient".
6. I then received a letter saying I had an outstanding balance and it would be reported on my credit score.
7. I know when it was made, pending date, balance before and after each transaction, shows available balance and pending balance.
8. That is why I switched to Envista CU, opening 1 cking and two savings acctsEdit2: they never fixed any of the things i had problems with.
9. However, I have had to stop trying because the apps they use don't function properly or tell me my password is incorrect, if I have not used it for a couple of weeks.
10. Edit: i dropped another star because its been 2 years and they've never fixed the issue i had even though they said they were working on it.
11. It helps keep things organized so much better!Out of nowhere the app thinks I'm using a 3rd party keyboard, which I'm not.
