I downloaded the app to watch premier league but its available only in star sports select which is not working in the app.New Update Ruined My Experience , Not responsive as Before Just Like My Dialog App, Sometimes i Need to Restart My Phone to Fix that, also now a bit Lag that never used to be, lolBest app of Dialog...❤ it works fine and no data charges at all Thank you for providing such an interesting app❤️The app is "ok" but not great, for those of you who say that the app does use your data, i suggest you sign up on the app, that might fix it for you.

2. Overall, the content you get in the app is pretty limited in my opinion but if you do have an existing DTV connection ,this app would do more for you ! I didn't notice any data usages (for now) , the audio quality and resolution of channels are horrible but bearable..i guess lol ! It would be great if you can add more content like english movies.The worst app ever.

3. And my rating is a big 0 (Zero) for both the app and the technical support.Need update for best video experience like max player, need to adjust brightness and volume by touching both sides.

1. Fix Dialog ViU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dialog ViU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dialog ViU App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dialog ViU" » Open Dialog ViU » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dialog ViU » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dialog ViU app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dialog ViU servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dialog ViU" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dialog ViU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dialog ViU might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dialog ViU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dialog ViU then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dialog ViU not working

2. Fix Dialog ViU Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dialog ViU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dialog ViU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dialog ViU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
