1. Viusasa is a Kenyan digital platform that distributes a wide range of products and services including videos, TV and radio streams, shopping, bill payments, education, games and more.

1. This surely contradicts the purpose of "downloading for offline viewing." With Google's YouTube Go for instance, you can go straight to the app and watch the videos you downloaded for offline viewing, while viusasa requires an initial internet connectionWorst customer service! My float disappeared after the app was updated, raised the issue but one month down the line I haven't got help yet.It's a bad app it's very slow, I wanted to learn but ahh untill I register and it's taking long for them to send me the code ahh I wasted my time can you fix it before this day end plzThe most slaggy app I have ever seen.

2. Citizen work on this app!This app is not economical,videos that do not have a free pass require both subscription and an active internet connection.

1. Fix Viusasa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Viusasa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Viusasa App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Viusasa" » Open Viusasa » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Viusasa » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Viusasa app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Viusasa servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Viusasa" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Viusasa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Viusasa might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Viusasa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Viusasa then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Viusasa not working

2. Fix Viusasa Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Viusasa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Viusasa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Viusasa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
