I will change my rating once your problems are fixed.I'm using this app for many time and I install it for me and my friends, but now (3 days ago) the app stop working in Android when I install the app, when I finish the installation and open the app I can see the welcome screen and then turn the screen to gray and get freeze, I can see the Mac address when it start but when I go to the website to charge the Playlist it says that the Mac address is not correct or the app is not installed, I tried contacting the developer email and they don't answrOne year working anymore on Philips SmartTV, you pay for a lifetime license and it stopped working because developers decide not supporting anymore my device.

2. Also what kind of app does not have a logout or refresh button? You guys need to add that option so it can be used to refresh and reload the app when there are issues.

1. Fix SETIPTV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SETIPTV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SETIPTV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SETIPTV" » Open SETIPTV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SETIPTV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SETIPTV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SETIPTV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SETIPTV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SETIPTV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SETIPTV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SETIPTV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SETIPTV then reinstall.
