1. I am very frustrated when I can't control that.I love this app as it always have latest Korean drama that I want to watch but i think it will be good if watch history can be sync between devices with the same account.

2. Chinese subtitle need to be improve too, it does not translate all the korean words written or displayed on screen, it is hard to understand the whole drama if it is not translated! I found that only English subtitle are complete.I tolerated the bad UX and UI.

3. It's really not worth downloading the app!i need refund for the technical issue.. After subscribe a few hours,i cant click to continue watch.

5. Second why do like/heart icon stays on while the video is running no matter if I click or not, it's not good to have static icon when using phones with oled screen due to it might cause burn-in in the long run.

1. Fix Viu Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Viu: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Viu App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Viu" » Open Viu: Dramas, TV Shows & Movies » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Viu » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Viu: Dramas, TV Shows & Movies app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Viu servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Viu: Dramas, TV Shows & Movies" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Viu app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Viu might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Viu. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Viu then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Viu not working

2. Fix Viu Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Viu be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Viu not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Viu may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
