Please cancel subscription of Vivamax that will auto charge my BPI account under Vivamax account #6502530000 based on my statement of account. I already cancelled the BPI card used for auto charge the payment for that account since I'm not the one who subscribed for it. Please extend immediate action to cancel this. That card is hacked by the scammer that's why I request to block the said card.

I made a subscrition on November 23, 2023. I enjoyed watching movies until today when I opened my apps it suddenly ask me to make a subcription again. I tried to uninstall the apps and install / login again just to figured out if it will solve the issue but unfortunately it did not work. How can I fix this issue so I could continue watching movies?

My subscription was cancelled as I have not confirmed with its price changes on time. I have it renewed then with the updated subscription charges. Hence, I.cannot proceed on watching to my VivaMax app as it has not reflected my paid subscription.
