1. I really recommend this app! It is extremely easy to use!Lovely app....my issues are that for some reason, there are now too many ads that pop up over and over again... and when you create a playlist, it keeps getting removed.Great app, i love using it but im having a problem where when i open it there is a white rectangle with the logo in the center of the screen and i cant click anythingGood app a little bit of ads it just you have to play the next song idk how to make new playlist still learning but i say 8/10This app really is one of a kind.

2. The playlists will not delete, i cannot delete them, they are glitched and i have to keep making new ones because i cant move songs in the playlists.Hello! I would ask something if it is only mine or i just don't know how to use this app, anyways when I opened the app the first thing a saw is "No albums, No artists, No songs and No Playlist" how do I fix it or do it? And also when I search the song i wanted "No Results" is the one what came up.

3. Thank you in advance for fixing it, if you would.when i downloaded it, I didn't know how to use it and when i searched for music, nothing would appear and when i tried the button that kind of says "download from youtube" (im not really sure) it just led me to youtube and nothing happened.

4. Its just that i cant move songs into a playlist, its probably not this aps fault, its probably where i downloaded the music from.

5. i deleted it and downloaded another music downloaderApp keeps stopping cause theres a bug thats needs to be fixed.

1. Fix Bolt Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Bolt: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Bolt App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bolt" » Open Bolt - Music Player & MP3: » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bolt » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Bolt - Music Player & MP3: app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bolt servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bolt - Music Player & MP3:" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Bolt app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bolt might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Bolt. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bolt then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bolt not working


2. Fix Bolt Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bolt be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bolt not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bolt may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
