Why should I report an Issue with VTube Studio?

1. For those complaining about facial tracking! If your phone does not have IR technology or FaceID (Newer Samsungs support it if they let you make a avatar on the camera app and it tracks well) the face tracking, even with proper lighting, is NOT going to be as accurate.

2. If you do have a device that supports facial tracking, make sure that you calibrate the app to ensure it is as accurate as possible.Doesn't track 99%of the time, and the 1% it does track, it doesn't track anything right.

3. My pc and phone tracks just fine, but not my tablet! I spent nearly an hour on trying to get the tracking working, which just made me more and more frustrated as literally nothing changed no matter what I did! Edit 9/20/2022 it no longer tracks properly on my phone, down to 1 star.Cool app! Also I have a question.

4. At first I tried this on a computer but the character was black and face tracking was horrible so I decided to give this app the benefit of the doubt and try it again on mobile, it still didn't work.

7. A lot of this stems from a lack of face-tracking on Android hardware itself, and also+ this app in particular is somewhat difficult to work with in comparison to its PC or iphone versions.

1. Fix VTube Studio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VTube Studio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VTube Studio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VTube Studio" » Open VTube Studio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VTube Studio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VTube Studio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VTube Studio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VTube Studio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VTube Studio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VTube Studio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VTube Studio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VTube Studio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VTube Studio not working

2. Fix VTube Studio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VTube Studio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VTube Studio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VTube Studio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
