Why should I report an Issue with MakeAvatar?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It's un useable and just horrible! Don't Install this app, and if you still do after reading reviews have fun.Very good for a beta, kinda wish their were more options for what my character can wear, Colors were awesome though! The default anime girl option didn't work saddly... It just brang me to the playstore again! Witch is okay, no ads so that's good :) I hope you make more options soon, and get this game through beta version soon too! 4 stars because it wasn't perfect but it was good!Most of the complaints were because it's in japanese, (witch is a bit silly) and once I found my way around the app, it kept crashing on me.

2. I dont think this is because of my device because I have seen other people having this problem as well.Terrible absolutely terrible! There is no translation option, not many clothing options, hair options, or accessorie options.

3. zero ads so that's pretty surprising! One of the best I've tried out so far just needs a couple more options and more customization then you got the best v-tuber app ever!After I actually got started, I couldn't even create a character, it kept crashing before it even loaded.

4. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for extra customisation options ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for an english versionaaah...I dont understand a thing.

5. I got my person and right when I changed the hair it just froze up and kicked me off! This is a horrible app don't install it, it crashed right away and you only have a few options.

1. Fix MakeAvatar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MakeAvatar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MakeAvatar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MakeAvatar" » Open MakeAvatar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MakeAvatar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MakeAvatar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MakeAvatar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MakeAvatar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MakeAvatar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MakeAvatar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MakeAvatar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MakeAvatar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MakeAvatar not working

2. Fix MakeAvatar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MakeAvatar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MakeAvatar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MakeAvatar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
