Look, just don't waste your time with this app.the app itself was 5 stars but after a few hours it would kick me out of the app every time I saved a picture of the character to my device When I would get back into the app my entire character was gone and the worst part was the picture I saved to my device hadn't even saved to my device I tried exiting out, saving again, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app nothing worked and when I uninstalled the app to reinstall it wouldn't let me reinstall the app please fix this issue.This is a poorly programmed and poorly thought out app.

2. The only thing I would change is how to change the colour of the hair if you have brown hair and want time purple it takes a lot of work but it's still a great app!!Oh my goodness... It's actually true.

3. 75% of the clothes (+hair) come from love nikki, which wouldn't be bad if that didn't make the hair styles so limited.

4. For some hairstyles you can't have a full black or for some eye colors you can't have brown, it's a small fix, but it'll have a big significance.it was a good app just the limitation of hair colours was annoying.

6. Hope you'll be able to improve this app.Kinda limited in options but what really rubbed me the wrong way is that there an unlabeled button on the main screen that instantly replaces your home and lock screens with the avatar you've made so far.

7. This is truly embarrassing! They stole over 50% of the art/clothes from Love Nikki, an actually good game, and tried to just pass it off as their own.

8. The developers, in my opinion, have done a very good job on this.It's good overall, but the hair color and eye color needs to have more options.

3. Clear Factory for Avatar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Factory servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Factory for Avatar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Factory app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Factory might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Factory. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Factory then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Factory not working

2. Fix Factory Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Factory be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Factory not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Factory may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
