Why should I report an Issue with Drumate - Drum Rudiments?

1. Bravo.Its like having a private instructor on your phone! Not only will it play each rudiment for you so you know exactly what it should sound like and the coolest feature is the programmable metronome which let's you step up the tempo how ever fast you want to play while also allowing you to practice like a pro! Must have for any drummer looking to learn the rudiments of drumming or wanting to knock the rust off your chops and get back to basics.Helps me tremendously with focusing my efforts and improve precision and control.

2. Perfect for someone that just wants some guidance while they practice at home or on lunch at work! (Which is what I do) Favorite feature is being able to start or rudiment at a certain tempo and have it build up to a higher tempo everytime you go through it.

3. The reminder setting keeps me on track especially on those busy days when I might or might not get to it.Very cool app, went ahead and bought premium because it's a great concept and hopefully the drum specific reminder will help me stay on track.

4. I was hoping that there would be a way to assign rudiments to different days though ( like on Tuesdays for the next two weeks I wanna do flams, on Thursdays paradiddles etc), to sort of build a practice schedule.

5. If they could actually show a brief looped video to actually show the technique of the exercise, this would be amazing.It's a great app, I use to play and after an extended break it has been very useful to retrain.

6. Also, it would be good to have the ability to make different rudiment playlists to do on diffefent days, along with practice tracking.

7. However, may I suggest including a customizable rudiment free click track? That would help so incredibly much when practicing freely.

8. The reminder function is a great touch, although it displays military time incorrectly (example: 13:0 instead of 13:00 for 1pm).

9. It makes you maintain proper Tempo with Ascending Descending variation, speed, perfect coordination between hands.

10. My main gripe is there should be distinct sounds to differentiate the left and right hands, as it's easy to get lost in where you are while viewing the charts, especially for beginners.

1. Fix Drumate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Drumate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Drumate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Drumate" » Open Drumate - Drum Rudiments » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Drumate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Drumate - Drum Rudiments app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Drumate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Drumate - Drum Rudiments" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Drumate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Drumate might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Drumate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Drumate then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Drumate not working

2. Fix Drumate Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Drumate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Drumate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Drumate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
