1. Thanks!!Honestly after I paid for it, it's super helpful! I don't expect to be fluent but it has lots of everyday phrases that are useful! Using this mixed with YouTube lessons and actual in person ASL lessons I believe will help me to become fluent!I like this app very much it is teaching me sign language that most of the time I have to look up or that wouldn’t be there.

No introduction.I love this app because I am so inspired by people who have to use sign and I love learning it so I can communicate with people like that easily and just one problem is that you have to pay for some words but not all of them... thanks for making this sign learning app!There were not enough basics, like there was 2 then skipped to 22, and he legit did " a, z" for the a to z section.

3. Great app!Helpful content, but the ads kept covering the page and were so frequent that it interrupted the lessons too much to get a true learning experience out of it.Way too fast even when you slow it down to the slowest speed.

4. I just started learning sign and most people are shocked that I am learning this fast and these signs.

1. Fix ASL Study Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ASL Study: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ASL Study App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ASL Study" » Open ASL Study » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ASL Study » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ASL Study app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ASL Study servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ASL Study" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ASL Study app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ASL Study might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ASL Study. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ASL Study then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ASL Study not working

2. Fix ASL Study Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ASL Study be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ASL Study not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ASL Study may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
