2. I work with people who speak many languages and to have an ap that translates ASL I now have an advantage to make hearing impared customers feel more welcome.If you are looking for ASL signs and not just signed spelled out words, this isn't worth the money.The app itself is great.

3. This could be due to regional differences since we're on the east coast, but still, make sure to double check the translations with an actual Deaf person before using them in day to day life.The quality of the video is bad and it takes to long for it to retrieve the video.

4. I was even able to tell her what medications we were giving him and why! It was also super helpful when we were giving her discharge instructions for how to care for her baby once she got home! Great app!It needs to be able to slow down and loop like their other APP.

1. Fix ASL Translator Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ASL Translator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ASL Translator App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ASL Translator" » Open ASL Translator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ASL Translator » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ASL Translator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ASL Translator servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ASL Translator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ASL Translator app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ASL Translator might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ASL Translator. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ASL Translator then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ASL Translator not working

2. Fix ASL Translator Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ASL Translator be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ASL Translator not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ASL Translator may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
