1. uninstalled app and now I can not reinstall the app! At this point this app is useless 😠!!UPDATE!!! I have since be abke to download the app and have used the New Mexico hunting maps, only dislike I have so far is wish the map showed the private land owners names.I use carrymap quit a bit.

2. EDIT: now I can read the .cmf2 file by installing another file explorer and select "open with" option to open it using Carrymapcould not download New Mexico hunting maps.

3. Also sometimes records part of a track and skips huge parts of it, also loses pinpoints.Everytime I open the program it will not allow me to use it without allowing access to my location.

4. It's unable to download any maps, and the available help documents offer no solutions to the problem.In your latest update, add data icon (+) has missed from my app.

5. When changed, 5 stars.Map arbitrary stops recording and loses data and mapped tracks, gets two stars instead of one because it worked phenomenal up until October of 2020, now it's junk without any actual details on the map anymore either.

6. Do you have other solution to add data and map from internal storage to app? Thank you very muchThis application is good for locating a particular place on earth and also to find your way home when lost.

7. The more you use it the better you will get.I cant open .cmf2 file in this version.

8. The old version has a folder named CarryMap which stores all the cmf2 files.

9. It wouldn't be bad thing if I didn't already know what I was looking for and didn't need my location showed.

11. You say "No Thanks" and it just pops right back up! Denying permission doesn't work....I use this app almost daily in NM, It is very helpful when out on public land.

1. Fix CarryMap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CarryMap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CarryMap App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CarryMap" » Open CarryMap » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CarryMap » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CarryMap app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CarryMap servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CarryMap" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CarryMap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CarryMap might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CarryMap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CarryMap then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CarryMap not working

2. Fix CarryMap Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CarryMap be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CarryMap not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CarryMap may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
