1. Has issues connecting with server often, redirects me to the main site when looking up info (which makes the app seem pointless), doesn't allow screenshots of my schedule, makes you relogin if you visit another app, overlay glitches sometimes to display two home screens, back button doesn't work to return to home screen, so you have to use a drop down menu to navigate instead of just pressing back... it's frustrating Update: Still the worstIt was working just fine as long as it remembered my credentials and I could sign in with my biometrics I had set up.

2. The app used to work perfectly, and whatever change you did made it worse.Worst app I've ever used! It logs you out constantly, disabling the fingerprint login, doesn't even work half of the time, and currently it's requiring an update to use it.

3. We'll, there's no updates available! You don't need to fix this, you need to scrap this piece of trash and get something that actually works, preferably one that you're not writing the code for! I can't check shifts, I can't see when someone needs someone to cover a shift, which costs me $! It's affecting my livelihood!This is a pretty awful app...even when you consider most of it is just linking to the website.

4. Just use the website and try to pretend this app doesn't exist.Darden is an AMAZING company to work for but this app is absolutely terrible.

5. The worst part is, the overall app isn't too bad when you consider it just links to the website for most info...but if you can't get past the "Fort Knox of employee logins" then it doesn't really matter.

6. And if you can't remember it? Time to change your password on the website, which still remembers your password, and then wait two days for the app to update and finally, type in the new password.

7. It goes whole weeks where the app states credentials are invalid but the same credentials work perfectly for the website.

8. The fingerprint system on most phones helps to manage the fact that you have to change your password frequently to one you've never used before...as if you're securing top secret classified documents.

9. it used to work great, wish It still did.Worst app I've ever had, and it's essential to my job.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix KrowD Issues

1. Fix KrowD Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart KrowD: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the KrowD App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KrowD" » Open KrowD » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KrowD » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear KrowD app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KrowD servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KrowD" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check KrowD app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KrowD might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall KrowD. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KrowD then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KrowD not working


2. Fix KrowD Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KrowD be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KrowD not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KrowD may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I dont understand the krowd app as far as picking up shifts .Notifications will say server needs shift picked up but u cant pick it up there.It has to be on my shifts&it always says no shifts this week when there clearly is .Can yall fix this?

I need help with getting logged in on the new krowd app or the website. The app I can't use my phone number for confirmation and the email it gives me I don't recognize. And the website just keeps taking me back to the login screen please help me!

My labor at Darden Companies has now ended, furthermore, I request that my account be deleted-- as I no longer will be needing it for employment purposes. Failure to comply will result in the CCPA Law in which, you'd be fined a large sum of $7,500 if not completed.

I had logged out of the KrowD app and didn’t remember my username so I went on the website and pressed forget my username but the same page was reloading so how am I able to get into my account

According to my KrowD it says it’s down for maintenance. But I need to view my messages. Since I’m in the process of getting back on the schedule and I was texting the manager about my working days and now I can’t view them since it’s down.

I am a new member of Olive Garden. I went to the krowD website to log in. I do not have an account already set up so I clicked "Find/Activate Account" and the same screen loads in. It does not redirect me to anywhere and I have good internet connection. I have tried on various browsers and it still does not work.
