1. What a joke!It do fail once in a while, you might have to close it to get it to work if it has been idle to long, sometime it dont show the popup to confirm a code... but the idea and usabily in general are so much better than the rest that i cant imagine to switch bank and lose this app.
2. This means that you have to force kill the app in between each authentication, eg when you want to log into the bank and then approve a few transactions... This makes the user experience horrible, and is something you really should look into fixing! I'm starting to miss my old bank already, which offered proper BankID for mobile...This app has among the worst user experience i have seen.
3. If you enter pin code once because fingerprint does not work you have to re enable fingerprint approval.Works 10% of the time, unreliable and painful to use.Great for security in the sense that even I am unable to access my services most of the time.
4. If you need to reinstall it (for example if you have updated or added fingerprints, or sometimes when you update it) then you need to reactivate it from nettbank - but guess what? You need MobilID to activate MobilID! The only way to do this is through an old fashioned helpdesk phonecall during bank hours.
5. Should also be available in English.Approving a request when logging in with Bank ID seems to fail if the app has recently been unlocked.
6. The app now also requires permission to make and manage phone calls, without providing any reason.Once you have validated a request the app must be closed manually in order for next request not to end in a crash (or non-responsive app).
7. When opening the app it does not show you have approving requests, instead you get a one time code that is never used for anyrhing at all.
8. I notified the bank of this bug a few months back, they replied that it was a known issue, but to this date nothing has been fixed.
9. Also, there should be a simpified promt option to confirm access.When are you going to update this app? Don't get notifications to approve.
10. The "approval" notifications are a gamble as they don't use normal notification buttons, and if you press ever so slightly incorrectly, you'll be taken to the OTP generator.
11. The bank also doesn't allow BankID app or mobilWorks if the planets are aligned.
