1. Wanted to edit a template so I clicked on the button "make a video", it downloaded successfully but nothing loaded...It just stays on the same page! I tried again but still nothing! I CANT EDIT ANYTHING ㅠㅠ please fix this as the templates are good and really want to edit some!!It’s such an amazing app.

But the reason why I only gave it 3 stars because 1).It takes a long time to load a template 2.)So much PRO templates 3.)I can't really see what the templates look like beacuse it keeps on loading That is all anyway it is still a good app 👍It must be praised! The interface is simple, the full function operation is easy, and the free function is basically enough.

5. this app is very good and allows you to easily video editor within just a few mins- it’s easy to work and isn’t difficult to send or choose images.

11. There is a slight annoying thing which is that a fair amount of the songs on there are pro (which you have to pay for) however I do realise it is the way to make money so I am not shocked.

1. Fix Vojoy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vojoy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vojoy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vojoy" » Open Vojoy - Video Maker & Video Ed » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vojoy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vojoy - Video Maker & Video Ed app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vojoy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vojoy - Video Maker & Video Ed" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vojoy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vojoy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vojoy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vojoy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vojoy not working

2. Fix Vojoy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vojoy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vojoy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vojoy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
