1. Happened everytime in the last month.This apps reminders wait too late to send a notification for being able to get meds delivered on time now the app keeps stopping so I can't place my orderThe last 2x I have tried to refill my prescription, it keeps timing out.
2. Basically, anytime I need to refill, I can't.Communication with CVS Specialty is 0 stars! They have asked me at least 3 times for me to provide them with my insurance information, and I already gave it to them through the secure chat with a photo of the front and back of the card, yet they keep claiming they don't have the information when I can prove otherwise.
3. A real pain to refill meds."Your device isn't compatible with this version." Can't Install on current devices, e.g. a new Samsung Galaxy 6e tablet, fully updated.
4. I want my refill sent to the address I entered in manually, using a password that I save in my phone.
5. I think I will stay away from the app until it gets fixed because it makes me uncomfortable that an app is changing my phone settings.Continual issues around logging in.
6. It's a flaw and an annoyance.For some reason every time I use this app it changes my phone settings to where it vibrates with any button press.
7. Only reason I'm using them, is because my prescription insurance (already through CVS), is forcing me to use them!Crash and burn.
8. Now I have to call in my refill!Takes a very long time to load and log in.
9. It happens once I select that I want it shipped to my local pharmacy.
