1. WORST I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED.The new app seems pretty good so far! No errors.. not lagging.. I hope it continues! I can't wait to ensure it works payment wise when I need to reload my transponder! But until then, it's pretty nice to not have to log in via the website anymore!Don't understand the negative reviews.
2. I went through all the prompts to set up an account and get a transponder, which is $6.69, get to the end, and they want to charge $36.69. I'm assuming the extra $30 is to load the account, but there is no explanation of what it's for.
3. Installed easily (only had to input account name and password), and can easily access all info available on website.
4. Go to authorize the payment anyway, and I get a message that my license plate# is already on an existing invoice account.
5. GREAT app!Trash app doesn't work, invalid email address? Pretty sure it's been working for a while.Shameful. Website won't take payment for $1 toll.
6. No sidebar scroller or ability to sort options alphabeticaly.Logged in with an existing account.
7. Was able to manage a payment with a bank account previously saved on the web site.
8. Fine by me because I would personally rather talk to human beings anyways!!NH E-ZPASS is so Awful I cannot get past the sign in page.
9. App only allows purchase of transponder?! Sickening waste of tax payer time and money.
10. Had to delete and re-enterJust downloaded on an S22+ and right off the bat trying to enter a new vehicle the app times out scrolling through manufacturers.
11. I don't have an account yet I tried everything.
