1. I hope this will be corrected soon.First time user, I tried so many different apps just to track my husband's flight to Sri lanka but that was awfull, so many ads and not enough tracking.

2. Flight Stats is great for stats, but I would definitely not rely on this for up the minute live information as far as tracking the flight in transit.nice for events and flight.

3. I was watching the flight in transit on both Flight Aware and Flight Stats and the speed, altitude and even what direction the plane was headed was vastly different.

4. However, when it comes to the flight departing and tracking thereafter, it is way behind the other sites like Flight Aware.

1. Fix FlightStats Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FlightStats: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FlightStats App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FlightStats" » Open FlightStats » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FlightStats » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FlightStats app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FlightStats servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FlightStats" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FlightStats app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FlightStats might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FlightStats. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FlightStats then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FlightStats not working

2. Fix FlightStats Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FlightStats be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FlightStats not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FlightStats may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
