Why should I report an Issue with AVO – no more roaming costs!?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of AVOapp, Inc to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Bottom line: i am using it every day, but the app is not mature Since i was CEO of several software companies, it is quite a precise definition: useful, interesting, but not maturedRip off... paid $10 in Sept 2021 & was never able to use the useless app.. next thing i knew, my $10 expired in December 2021, just like that... couldn't believe!!!... these company has nothing to offer & should be removed from the app store... they are simply there to rip off unsuspecting users... will be taking up the case with Google.. buyer beware, rubbish, worthless & a bunch of rogues...I purchased Basic Plan but neither I recieve any call nor I can call someone.

2. Useless app, it does not work! When receiving incoming call, other party can not hear what I am saying (like microphone on on my phone is turned off) eventhough all permissions and settings are ok.

3. It is a bad default, but capability conference between app and a regular call is absolutely great 3) Terrible behavior for dual SIM users: each time you moving between countries (I crossed Atlantic 300 times) you need uninstall and install app.

4. Sometime you cannot hear what people are saying 2) When you receive a call via AVO, during your call on a regular cellular line, the application sometime break your call.

5. After purchasing subscription, then actives the call forwarding the number says not reachable.Had to delete cuz it failed to send me the verification code thru sms in Canada.

6. Another bug in the same situation is that if you accept AVO call during your other conversation, you will find that you conference in your AVO call - something that should never happened.

7. I wonder if the owner of the app is still alive?The call receiving is not working.

8. The app just disconnects the call after 1 second.

9. Contacted support, they could not explain what's wrong and then stopped to respond ...Very useful, but 1) Not stable.

10. No customer support, no response to my emails.

1. Fix AVO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AVO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AVO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AVO" » Open AVO – no more roaming costs! » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AVO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AVO – no more roaming costs! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AVO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AVO – no more roaming costs!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AVO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AVO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AVO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AVO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AVO not working

2. Fix AVO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AVO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AVO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AVO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
