I might have to keep looking at other options.I like the app but there are some issues syncing some wallets and they don't have some exchanges that I want and my profit seems to be way off and I have to adjust it manually, my profit loss ratios are wrong too except for "current", I think it's because the transaction records come through wrong.

2. Today, in my main profile page, it is showing XLM down 11.52%, and when I select it it shows XLM down 2.02%. Seems like a major glitch, and is rather distressing.Original review was an uneducated review as I didn't know at the time that some Cryptocurrencies are only available in some regions only, and not all coins are in the US.

3. Updating to 5 stars! I didn't like the new update at all, but your great customer service informed me that there's the option of using the old portfolio in settings & it's perfect again.

4. If they could figure out those problems the app would be awesome! I still use it every day because I haven't found one that lets you have all your wallets & exchanges in one place like this one does.Works great! both the app and the desktop version.

5. My coinbase portfolio is wrong on several time charts and one of my coins has no price but has the quantity listed.

1. Fix CoinStats Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CoinStats: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CoinStats App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CoinStats" » Open CoinStats - Crypto Tracker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CoinStats » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CoinStats - Crypto Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CoinStats servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CoinStats - Crypto Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CoinStats app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CoinStats might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CoinStats. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CoinStats then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CoinStats not working

2. Fix CoinStats Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CoinStats be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CoinStats not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CoinStats may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
