1. Not very convenient when that is the whole purpose of using the app to give you availability and alerts when cycles are complete.App is very easy use, however really limited in terms of actually getting machines fixed in a timely manner.
2. You can submit a issue with it, get a automated confirmation email saying thank for the report, but it's takes nearly a week or longer for the machines to actually get fixed.
3. Hopefully, in a few more days, they will repair(unstick) the washer's coin slot....They should just eliminate the app and put a little center next to the machines with paper and attached markers to put notes on the all machines that wont be fixed.
4. 1 laundry room with 8 washers and dryers.Worthless. Everytime I enter a code for a machine, it says it doesn't exist.
5. I dropped this from a 5 star rating down to a 4 star only because if a machine is needing parts it's out of commission for weeks, or sometimes months, before that part(s) come in and the machine is fixed.
6. but now even though my app is updated, it doesn't recognize when I manually or scan the barcode recognize and says it's not correct.Normally, response to this app(service time) is prompt.
7. APP is good, service No!The app is good, could use more character space allowed to tell you what the problem is with the machine in question.

9. What good is an app if the company behind it can't support it! And if course if you call it in, they say use the website (same results) it this worthless app.
10. I spent 4 hours washing 5 loads because 3 machines didnt work properly.
