Why should I report an Issue with CompTIA ® A+ practice test?

I wasted a week studying with it only to find this out.I already have a certificate in Network IT from 2009 and wasnt interested in furthering my knowledge and obtaining my A+ and Network+ after completing the program that was like a whole new headache plus this is a field where its constantly expanding but this app is amazing! Im 10 years older now with a more developed focus and this is exactly what i needed to rekindle this old knowlege thank you!It's Awesome, I'm trying to get ready for the IT exams im taking next year and the CompTIA A+ exam is one of them.

2. I get it thats a way to make money on apps but like come on, its annoyingThe app will not replace the course but it will test our knowledge and show you how prepared or unprepared you are to pass the A+ exam.

3. It doesn't help that the practice test is composed of the exact same questions.

4. After every two questions prepare for a full screen ad, then after you master the 5th question in a level get ready for another ad.

5. Ads only show up after you've finished a section or after a test..so far that's all I've seen.The 1 star is due to the absurd amount of ads this app implements.

6. So there's absolutely no way to disable the ridiculous amount of ads in this app.This app is a great way to practice for the A+ test on the go.

7. You can pick up where you left off, mark questions to review at a later time..I do this when I need to brush up on terms.

8. but so far I really like how even though the questions are short they still provide pretty good detail and they are also challenging.

9. So to answer 5 questions that's 4 full screen ads with timers total.

10. Sections are broken into different sections and each level is 5 questions.

11. I assume it's a coding issue but it is still easy to follow!I haven't taken the test yet.

1. Fix CompTIA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CompTIA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CompTIA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CompTIA" » Open CompTIA ® A+ practice test » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CompTIA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CompTIA ® A+ practice test app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CompTIA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CompTIA ® A+ practice test" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CompTIA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CompTIA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CompTIA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CompTIA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CompTIA not working

2. Fix CompTIA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CompTIA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CompTIA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CompTIA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
