Why should I report an Issue with TrackerHome?

1. it was my fault though!! Make sure to activate by sms, and follow step by step the sms instructions to change to gprs mode....and voila! It all started working! i havent connected any of the advanced wiring so its just a simple tracker, though i think i might try to connect it fully as it would be great to be able to stop the engine remotley etc! Adter figuring it out, its a great peice of kit fir the money.Tracker Home is not a good app.

2. It is a good app but developers should fix all bugs to make user experience more enjoyable.The first time I set it up, it was working great! Currently it is not working as regards to the on-line tracking, and it always shows my car in the Atlantic Ocean! Only when I buzz the tracker it returns an SMS with the exact location; and that is not practical.

3. Whenever I open it, the timezone is -12, the Shock alarm is on, etc, but in the device all those settings are different... Another plus would be if the application could work in the background and notify for every alert signal from the device...At first i wasnt impressed as i couldnt seem to get the map to show my location.

4. I enjoyed Yi Tracker more when i used it.This app is very good app, However it is quite basic and lacks important features such as a pause button when using the route repeat, often times the route goes really fast so therefore it is hard to keep track of the route.

5. The microphone does not work to well most of the time you cant hear any voices clearly.It could be a lot better... The application should fetch current settings from the device.

6. In addition, it also lacks a feature such as time of arrival/departure in a certain place.The app is very basic, some times closes it self, specifically when checking route repeat.

7. The live tracker is always behind and most of the time takes quite awhile to show the car location.

8. I can't get the 'track by distance' and 'track by time' features to work.

9. Tracking is not real time because you have to keep refreshing before you see movement.

10. The stop engine caused a problem with my car and had to put a bypass because it would randomly not let me turn the car on , now I can't use the app to stop the car.

11. Even when I register at last for one of the server, I couldn't log in to the app because it told me my IMEI is invalid.

1. Fix TrackerHome Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TrackerHome: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TrackerHome App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TrackerHome" » Open TrackerHome » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TrackerHome » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TrackerHome app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TrackerHome servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TrackerHome" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TrackerHome app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TrackerHome might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TrackerHome. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TrackerHome then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TrackerHome not working

2. Fix TrackerHome Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TrackerHome be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TrackerHome not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TrackerHome may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
